Village Homes is a residential condominium association of 303 units, located within the greater Crossings community in Miami-Dade County. Village Homes is a member of The Crossings Homeowners Association (the “Master Association”), while operating as an independent association with its own Board of Directors.
The Crossings Homeowners Association comprises multiple residential communities, including Patio Homes, Town Villas, Courtyards, Estate Homes, and Village Homes.
Both Village Homes and The Crossings Homeowners Association function separately, each governed by their respective Boards and responsible for different aspects of the community.
The Village Homes Board of Directors is responsible for the management, maintenance, and operation of the 303 residential units and their associated common elements within the Village Homes community. Village Homes also features its own private pool, spa and kiddie pool, conveniently located in Village North, for the exclusive use of its residents. Access to this pool requires a key, which may be obtained through the management office.

The Crossings Homeowners Association (Master Association) oversees and maintains the shared recreational and common areas available to all members of the broader Crossings community. These amenities include the clubhouse, large community pool, fitness center, park, pond, and common areas along SW 132 Avenue and SW 112 Street.
